where we deliver
We currently offer next-day delivery across select suburbs within Metro Melbourne when you order by 8pm.
Please use the postcode search tool above to check your postcode or contact us for a custom delivery quote.
Our delivery radius is continuously expanding, so please don't hesitate to ask.
We deliver between 9.30am and 7.00pm Monday to Saturday.
Please note that we are unable to take specific time requests or guarantee an exact delivery time.
If your gift must be delivered by a certain time we'd be happy to organise a priority courier for you at an additional fee. Please email: sarah@thebotanistwholefoods.com 48 hours in advance with your order number for a quote.
Once your order has left our warehouse for delivery you will receive correspondence via email.
Yes, delivery charges are not included in the price of the gift and will be calculated when the delivery postcode is added at checkout.
Our drivers will leave the gift in a safe place at the front door. Please be mindful that apartment buildings can be difficult for our drivers, if there are instructions that would help or somewhere specific you'd like your gift left, please use the 'special instructions' field at the checkout.
Our delivery drivers are very grateful for any information you are able to provide! The more the better!
Residential Address: Please ensure our drivers are able to access the front door. Secure apartment buildings or locked gates with no access inside make safe delivery difficult.
Business Address: Please provide the name of the business and whether the flowers should be delivered to building concierge or reception (on a particular building level).
Hospital Address: Please provide the name of the hospital, the name of the ward and bed number if possible.
School Address: Please provide the name of the school and the class name/year level if possible. Deliveries will usually be made to the school reception.
